Introduction: The City of Fairview is requesting proposals from firms qualified and interested in providing professional engineering services for the Wistful Vista 30% Design Project.

Background: This design project is for street improvements on Wistful Vista between 205th Avenue and 207th Avenue.

The objectives of this project are to complete the 30% design and preliminary construction drawings and specifications to bring the street alignment into compliance with the city transportation system plan.

Scope of Services: The Consultant shall provide project management, design, permitting and construction drawings/specifications. The Consultant is expected to provide a highly qualified and experienced team and be able to deliver satisfactory products and services.
