   15th Annual Fairview on the Green Summer Festival

   Fairview on the Green. A full day of family fun. The day’s events include entertainment, children’s play area, arts/crafts/information vendors, Chalk the Walk, and more. 

   Early Bird Discount – save $10. 

   Apply, receive notification of approval, and submit payment no later than May 31, 2023.

4. Where:

   Fairview Community Park, 21600 NE Park Lane, Fairview, Oregon.  

   Date / Important Times:

   • Saturday, July 29, 2023
   • Setup begins at 8:00 AM | Must be open for business and streets cleared by 10:00 AM.
   • Event hours 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM  
   • Tear down no earlier than 4:00 PM 

   Application Process & Deadline:

   • Return form no later than July 1, 2023. 
   • Be prepared to submit a few photos of your product if requested. 
   • Applications will be reviewed within five (5) business days. 
   • Space fee ($75) per 10X10 Vendor Space (water and electricity available) is due within five (5) business days of notification of acceptance. The last day to submit payment and secure vendor space(s) is July 1, 2023. Payment options include check, cash, and credit/debit card. Payment information will be provided with notification. 

6. Food Vendors must have all required Oregon Health Permits** & comply with all Fire Prevention Requirements for their vendor space(s). 

   **The City will reimburse food vendors the day of the event for the Multnomah County Health Single Event License fee.
