Community Needs Survey

The City of Fairview has received funding from the federal government as part of the American Rescue Plan Act’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program and is interested in using a portion of these resources to aid the local community in its continued recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first step in this process is to identify community need where it exists and the city has developed two surveys—one for local business owners and another for the broader community—in order to hear directly from Fairview residents in this regard. The goal of these surveys is to allow us to either point respondents in the direction of existing services—and if needed, help you in securing them—or, if a particular need is great enough across the community, to develop our own program aimed at addressing it.

If you would like to have your voice heard by the City of Fairview government or would like help accessing existing services please take a few minutes to complete the online survey that applies to you:Opinion Poll (JPG) Opens in new window
