The PlayEast Program is a coordinated partnership between the Cities of Fairview and Wood Village that strives to provide exciting activities to the public and offer a variety of youth programs.

Scholarships are available.
- Scholarships are limited to resources available in the East County Recreation budget.
- Scholarships typically offer a 25%-50% discount, dependent on family needs.
- Once the scholarship is approved, the participant is required to register online and scholarships will be applied electronically to participant's account.
- Scholarships will remain active in the account until they are renewed in February of the following year.
- Cases of extreme hardship will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
