The Human Resources Program strives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the City's organization by creating and maintaining a team dedicated to excellence in public service. The City of Fairview is comprised of four major department, and is led by the City Manager who reports directly to the City Council. The City employs approximately 25 people.
Responsibility for the various activities and functional areas of this program are shared between the City Manager and the Finance Director. The City Administrator is responsible for employee recruitment, retention, and employee training. The Finance Director is responsible for payroll services, benefit services, and risk management.
